The Sampling Rate will never change and will always keep the one of the Project sharing its
Console.
Configuring
the Mixer is not allowed. (Configure button on the Mixer toolbar is disabled).
All pages
in All Settings
allowing for changing
the Mixer and VS3 settings are hidden (Hardware,
Mixer, Sampling Rate, etc…)
All actions using a non-real-time mixer
or changing the sampling rate
are disabled (Mix-down,
Generate CD Image, Convert, Surround Encode)
Recording in a project using a Shared Mixer is possible, however changing the Dubbing Mode while
in Red Icon mode is not possible.
The Automation is disabled for projects in Shared Mixer Mode
All the above limitations do not apply when the Project sharing its Console is active (Green Icon), in this
case everything acts like in normal conditions.
